Beer Geek Show & Tell at the Bruery This Saturday

I stopped by this weekend and had the opportunity to have their Hottenroth Berliner Weisse, a light, heavily carbonated sour beer that tastes like champagne for beer lovers; in fact, they were serving it mixed with orange juice as mimosas (and, at 3.1% ABV, better for your guests' driving records). If darker beer is your thing, try this year's holiday release, 2 Turtle Doves, made with pecans and cacao nibs. (Get it? Turtles.)
Should you get the munchies while you're partaking of their excellent beer, step right outside, where the Frysmith truck will be parked from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The Bruery is located at 715 Dunn Way, Placentia; (714) 996-MALT.
