​If the reward for running full speed, shoulder-first into a wall was a lifetime supply of C Salt Gourmet's pistachio-and-cherry-spiked chocolate, I'd do it. But Courtney Dudman Donley, the O.C. native and Long Beach resident behind the company who uses the kitchens of the Gypsy Den to create her crack, also makes mean truffles, truffles so damn decadent I can honestly only eat about five or six of them in one sitting.
