Taste of Newport Begins Today

A reminder that among other events going on this week, (ahem, OC Restaurant Week), the 21st Annual Taste of Newport is happening today, tomorrow, and Sunday in Fashion Island.
Look forward to 30 restaurants, 15 wineries, and a certain American Idol, whom I will not mention by name here, because apparently there's a lynch mob out there with news alerts who are ready to pounce when even a single word about their favorite crooner or their competition is detected.

Anyways, back to the Taste of Newport. Tickets are $25 at the door, and food prices will differ from booth to booth, between $1-$7.
Enjoy the food, regardless of whether you are or aren't a fan of a particular American Idol.
