John's Incredible Pizza Co. Opens Today in Buena Park Downtown

The official story here is that John's Incredible Pizza Co. opens at Buena Park Downtown today. It has been reported that the 60,000 square feet mega restaurant occupies the whole lower floor of the mall. And I mean the whole lower floor.

A few months ago, I saw the construction, and it looks ambitious -- sort of like a Chuck E. Cheese merged with a Dave and Busters, times two. This fact is confirmed by the virtual tour that they have on their website, which I have to say is the best use of the technology as I've ever seen!

Seriously, the app is impressive! It takes you on a swooping tour of the place so detailed and easy to navigate that you can hear the screaming of a thousand kids and their families who will undoubtedly love the place.

As far as the quality of their pizza and other food? Well, virtual tours can only tell you so much.

I am really disappointed because I was really excited about going here for my baby's birthday and now reading all the reviews... I think I am going to go ahead and replan everything..
they advertise that you get free birthday buffet when you have their VIP card. They ask you to book on line without any restrictions on VIPs. Once you get there and ask for the free birthday buffet for your group party, they deny you and say that it does not apply on parties.. What the hell they are advertising it for??? You complain to them and they tell you all these excuses and company policies they have about restricted free buffet.. Then the worst thing they've ever done is that after they deny you with their excuses, THEY UPDATE THEIR WEBSITE WITH THE EXPLANATIONS THEY GIVE YOU making you an idiot!!! THEY ARE CHEAP AND FRAUD... I HAVE A COPY OF THEIR WEBSITE PAGE BEFORE AND AFTER THEIR DENIAL... NO RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE PRIOR TO MY EVENT.. CHEAP AND FRAUD!!! WORST ADVERTISEMENTS!!!
who ever complain about this place are idiots. It's a $8 buffet what do you expect Lobster? For $8 you gets your money worth.
I was invited to a birthday lunch ..and I love the place......its unbelievable, the food is fresh, i think its amazing how theres individual eating area's of youre choice and confort. The place is very clean... i cant wait to take my nieces and nephews...im sure their going to love it.. The best part of it all...there's plenty of room to walk around ...no bumping into people.. the arcade...bumper carts and a bowling spot...its great..i highly recommend this fun world.
Its a kool place me and my family would drive all the way to montclair and we live in long beach, its fun for the kids and as well for the adults, its entertaiment for the whole family and now we have one thats close even better u guys will enjoy the place ....have fun.......we doooo.....
I agree with last posting. I had my daughtes 3rd b-day party there (Montclair) & everyone, including adults LOVED the place! We were able to eat, drink & enjoy ourselves while the kids had a great time! You don't go to a kids themed place to have a 5 star meal...i mean its Pizza afterall!
I'ts awesome I love this place I'm glad they are putting a John incredible pizza in OC it will bring more business to the mall great ideal I seen it over the weekend and I'm almost 50 years old and I got excited and call people I know to come to this new spot lots of fun. The person that commented about the hillbillies it's because they were place in small desert town. Don't player hate congratulate on this new adventure in OC it will prosper... a big kid at heart food is good I went to the one in Victorville they always kept that one clean
Our family loves this place! Imagine a food/entertainment joint that actually has good food. We've been willing to drive to Montclair or Riverside in the past, and are now excited to have one nearby. Planning our first visit to this location on Wednesday for my daughter's b-day party.
Chuck E. Cheese meets D&B is a good description. They were still painting away when I was at the BPM on Sunday. I still miss the good ol days of the mall when Alladin's Castle Arcade was all I needed and all my friends worked at the downstairs foodcourt and I would get the hookups!
My wife and I took the fam to the Riverside location on the reccomendation of her co-worker; "cheap, fun for the kids, and good food." It was cheap, until you factor in the cost for the "fun for the kids," i.e, the game tokens. The fun zone isn't much different than any other kid-themed place I've been to. The food totally sucked! Not that I was expecting a whole lot. The serving stations were left a mess, and we repeatedly had to wait for food to be replenished. The kicker was that the place was packed with "hillbilly's" of all shapes, sizes and ethnicities, and I do mean "hillbilly's!" Save your money!
its hit and miss. Theres been one of these in Victorville for years...and, fun for kids, beer for adults, pizza sucked 90% of the time
