As If Padma Lakshmi Wasn't Annoying Enough, She's Getting Her Own NBC Sitcom!

In the show, tentatively titled "Single Serving", Lady Rushdie will play a woman who works "in the culinary world". It looks like she'll be leaving as host of Top Chef when the current series ends, although this has yet to be confirmed.

This isn't her first acting job. Oh no. Her previous "credentials" (and I use the term veeeery lightly) include "starring" (ditto) alongside Mariah Carey in 2001's Glitter. Nuff said.
