We broke the news last March that Boardwalk Fresh Burgers and Fries, a Maryland-based chain, was opening its first California outlet here in the space vacated by Irezumi Sushi.
Well, it's mid-June now and things are getting closer to being open, but not quite. In fact, some Yelpers (actually, just one) noted that they saw coupons for it in the neighborhood Clipper Magazine, suggesting that the place was already doing business. Nope. It's still not ready. But word is that they'll start by the end of the month.
