Classy Stuff at Marché Moderne

The good news is that posh French bistro Marché Moderne is running monthly cooking classes, so even if you can't afford to eat there very often you can at least fake the experience at home once in a while.

The bad news is that all the classes for 2009 are sold out, and already have long waiting lists, in the event that someone cancels.

However, chef Florent Marneau assures us that because the classes have proved so popular, it's very likely they'll be offered again next year.
