Jackson Roland Westermeyer copped to felonies and misdemeanors.
A 19-year-old man has been sentenced to six months in jail for using various social media to lure underage boys across the country to send him lewd images of themselves--and of having sometimes posed as a female to make the initial online connection with the lads.

Jackson Roland Westermeyer of Huntington Beach was also placed on three years formal probation, according to court records.

After Surf City cops arrested Westermeyer in January, Police Chief Robert Handy said at a news conference that investigators believed there were at least 50 to 100 victims--including at least one on the East Coast--from ages 11-17.

Westermeyer pleaded not guilty in Orange County Superior Court in Westminster on Jan. 16.

Kinky!

One is usually 50 shades of gray (or dye) at the temples upon induction into a hall of fame, so raise your glass dildo to Ari Suss, who at the tender age 40 was inducted into the Adult Video News (AVN) Hall of Fame, the Pleasure Products Branch, earlier this year. Over lunch recently, Suss acknowledged "in the fetish industry, it is a significant accomplishment."

Suss' anonymous-sounding XR LLC operates out of a 40,000-square-foot facility in Huntington Beach and is the corporate umbrella of three successful online businesses: Extreme Restraints, the world's largest retailer of fetish and bondage toys; Sex Toy Distributing, a wholesale division; and XR Brands, a renowned maker of niche adult toys comprised of 15 brands and 2,000 products.

Jelena Jensen Has to Do More Than Just Films to Be a 21st Century Porn Princess

"Brad, are you doing something right now?"

Yes, Brad from Sherman Oaks is doing something right now. You could kind of sense it when he first called in to Jelena Jensen's Sirius XM radio show on Vivid Radio, the broadcasting arm of the adult-entertainment giant. There was the monosyllabic answers he gave that made him sound out of breath.

When Jensen asks him if he'd ever like to receive a sexy photo of a girlfriend along the lines of the boudoir photography done by Jelena's radio guest, Ellen Stagg, Brad gives a breathless ". . . yeah."

When Ellen asks if he would be thrilled to get one of the photos she shoots, there is a long, loooong pause on Brad's end before he replies in a somewhat-tortured staccato, "I would . . . definitely . . . like . . . it," sounding very much like someone who might have a gun pointed at his head--though, given that Jensen is an adult-industry star with a dozen years in the business this month, a mini-conglomerate who does girl-girl, boy-girl (but only with her husband), solo acts, live cam shows, glamour photos, radio shows, TV shows, webcasting, web coding, as well as the fact that she is statuesque and gorgeous, chances are it's Brad who is holding the gun, and as his rapidly increasing breathing suggests, the gun is loaded and ready to discharge.

Anaheim Man Rented Motel Room For Sex With 14-Year-Old Girl, Federal Agent Says

DHSAnaheimJWT.jpg
Days before his 30th birthday on Feb. 3, Anaheim's James William Thurman decided he wanted to "pop" the "cherry" of Giselle, a 14-year-old Altadena girl he'd met on the Internet, and so he rented a motel room in Fullerton for the illegal rendezvous.

To divert suspicions, Thurman--who lives in an apartment complex across the street from an elementary school and a six-minute drive to Disneyland--took counter-measures. He scheduled to meet the girl first in public at a Starbucks on Harbor Boulevard and he brought a Bible with him as a prop that masked intentions represented by the condoms and marijuana in his pockets.

Those are the government's allegations a magistrate judge heard this week inside Orange County's Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse.

A 46-year-old Little Saigon man is in custody today after being a federal fugitive from Texas for allegedly threatening to publicly release a homemade sex tape of himself and a married woman if she didn't pay him $50,000 to keep her adultery quiet.

The Vietnamese immigrant, Minh San Nguyen (a.k.a. "Minhson Hoang Nguyen" or "Anthony Nguyen") was located by the FBI this month in Westminster, and now faces extortion charges stemming from a two-count, 2009 grand jury indictment.

The defendant will be transported by the U.S. Marshal from Orange County to Dallas for a potential trial.

According to the FBI, the victim (we'll call Jane Doe) admitted that in 2000 she had a year-long affair with Nguyen, then a coworker at a Dallas area electronics plant, and she became pregnant with a son during the period.

Carlos Bustamante's Alleged Sex Crimes Are Barely Criminal, Says Judge

It's rare when an Orange County Superior Court judge is the most uncomfortable person in the courtroom, but John Conley couldn't hide his displeasure during a Jan. 16 hearing. A former prosecutor educated at an elite, private New England prep school and known for a distinguished presence, Conley is presiding over a case with lascivious story lines straight out of a lame, 1970s porno. The defendant, Carlos Bustamante--a fired county executive, onetime Santa Ana city councilman and, at least in his own mind, rising, family-values star in the Republican Party--spent years throwing himself at women other than his wife, according to pending criminal charges.

But during a media-packed session in which Bustamante sat slouched, stone-faced and almost entirely silent at the defense table, Conley aimed his ire at prosecutors Matt Lockhart and Aleta Bryant. The scene was remarkable because in our county it's usually defense lawyers who unnerve judges. This day, however, Conley saw the Orange County district attorney's office (OCDA)--not Bustamante--as advancing the indefensible by trying to turn vulgar but non-criminal or, at worst, misdemeanor acts into supposed felonies.
