The name of this anti-human slavery campaign is "Children Aren't Playthings."
January is "National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month," which continues Thursday with an author at Santa Ana Public Library sharing her memoir about being a modern day child slave. The commemoration also continues in and around the site of the 2015 Super Bowl in Phoenix, where stark, seven-foot-tall pink doll boxes are popping up.

Carlos Bustamante's Alleged Sex Crimes Are Barely Criminal, Says Judge

It's rare when an Orange County Superior Court judge is the most uncomfortable person in the courtroom, but John Conley couldn't hide his displeasure during a Jan. 16 hearing. A former prosecutor educated at an elite, private New England prep school and known for a distinguished presence, Conley is presiding over a case with lascivious story lines straight out of a lame, 1970s porno. The defendant, Carlos Bustamante--a fired county executive, onetime Santa Ana city councilman and, at least in his own mind, rising, family-values star in the Republican Party--spent years throwing himself at women other than his wife, according to pending criminal charges.

But during a media-packed session in which Bustamante sat slouched, stone-faced and almost entirely silent at the defense table, Conley aimed his ire at prosecutors Matt Lockhart and Aleta Bryant. The scene was remarkable because in our county it's usually defense lawyers who unnerve judges. This day, however, Conley saw the Orange County district attorney's office (OCDA)--not Bustamante--as advancing the indefensible by trying to turn vulgar but non-criminal or, at worst, misdemeanor acts into supposed felonies.

Judge Notes Child Porn Producer's "Horrific" Life Before Granting Punishment Break

LethaTucker.jpg
Tucker's image captured in child porn created in 2001
It's not often that a manufacturer of child pornography can win unscheduled, private time with a judge in the middle of a sentencing hearing, but Letha Montemayor Tucker isn't your typical smut producer.

Fourteen years ago in Southern California, Tucker--then known as "Butterfly" in the sex trade industry because of a tattoo--and an unknown, middle-aged male created graphic sexual images of an approximately 11 or 12-year-old girl who'd been given crack cocaine in a Los Angeles County apartment.

Those pictures were distributed on the Internet, a place where U.S. District Court Judge Cormac J. Carney said today "sick individuals" can continue to view them.

It took federal law enforcement agents a dozen years to study clues in the images collected by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and to locate Tucker, a lifelong prostitute and methamphetamine abuser who nowadays looks at least two decades older than her 55 years on the planet.

Apartment Roommate Installs Hidden Camera In Bathroom To Make 47 Child Porn Videos

PeepingTomOCLA.jpg
So that he could surreptitiously make indecent recordings of his female roommate and her 12-year-old daughter while they used the toilet and showered in a shared, three bedroom Los Alamitos apartment, Daniel Robert Zahn installed a tiny hidden camera in their bathroom.

For at least three months beginning in Dec. 2012, Zahn watched his roommates in a live feed as well as created 47 movies and 842 still images on his computer without detection.

On the afternoon of Feb. 12, 2013, however, Zahn's alarmed roommate discovered the camera hole in the bathroom's baseboard, contacted the property managers and watched as they traced wires to Zahn's bedroom.

When Los Alamitos police officers arrived, Zahn first tried to claim the camera didn't work, but eventually acknowledged his scheme.

Corporate Manager Prompts Lawsuit After Allegedly Sending Penis Photo To Co-Worker

Categories: Court, Labor, XXX

Welcome to 2014 boys!
If a male corporate manager wants to invite a sexual harassment lawsuit in 2014, he will electronically send a photograph of a penis to a female co-worker.

If this bozo has any worries about failing on this crazy mission, he would also email or text graphic requests for sex as well as tie work issues to lewd acts.

In her Dec. 1 federal lawsuit, Orange County's Rachel Kremer claims she was the victim of such illegal conduct while working in the Irvine office of Zillow, Inc., a place she says had "a pervasive culture of degrading women" and resembled an "adult frat house."

Zillow spokesperson Jill Simmons said company officials are aware of the case.

"Zillow takes any allegations about our work environment very seriously," said Simmons. "When this allegation was first made, we immediately investigated these claims and, as a result, took quick action and terminated a sales employee in our Irvine office. The allegations in the complaint do not reflect Zillow's culture or workplace and are completely inconsistent with our values. We don't tolerate harassment of any kind."

Categories: Crime-iny, XXX

Instead of the artist, we'll show you an image pulled from his work. (He's not the dude here.)

The following is among three cases--two in Garden Grove and one involving a Los Angeles Police Department officer busted for allegedly flashing in Huntington Beach--that sparked a debate over whether to post booking photos (or any photos, actually) of the defendants. Such photos are available of Blaise Ryan Christie, and after we give you the details of the porn producer's arrest for allegedly luring women via Craigslist and forcibly sodomizing them, we'll explain why, at least for now, we are not running an image of him.

Federal Grand Jury Indicts Two Men For Using Child As Prostitute And Porn Star

HomeAloneAdult.jpg
A Southern California grand jury has indicted two men on charges involving the sex trafficking of a child and child pornography.

Antonio Dickerson (a.k.a. "Girbaud") and D'Antoine Thomas (a.k.a. "J.O.") are named in the two-count indictment revealed this week inside Orange County's Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse.

The case stems from an April 2011, event where Dickerson and Thomas allegedly recruited and transported a minor under the age of 18 to work as a prostitute, according to the indictment that does not give the victim's age, sex or state of residence.

The grand jury also claims the defendants coerced the minor "to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of such conduct" and plotted to make the images available through interstate and foreign commerce.

From Poverty To NFL To Pimping, Marquis Horn Is Heading To The Slammer

Horn catches football and lengthy prison sentence for pimping
The 16-year-old Orange County High School for the Arts student wasn't exactly innocent in 2013 when two men in a large, white SUV picked her up from class.

Having worked as a model as well as a prostitute selling herself "to the highest bidder," the attractive, fit, brunette girl posed as an 18-year-old and caused the rendezvous by posting a risqué photo Internet ad that prompted one of the men, "Taylor," to contact her by phone.

Driven to a Santa Ana La Quinta Hotel off the 55 Freeway, the girl later told FBI agents that she believed she was there only to perform legitimate modeling services.

But when she arrived in a hotel room she saw numerous older women, was pressured to smoke marijuana and then "Taylor," actually Long Beach-native Marquis Horn, a onetime, training camp member of the New Orleans Saints and U.S. Olympic team hopeful turned Southern California pimp, got her alone and tried to sexually assault her before she escaped, according to an FBI report.
