   If history continues to repeat itself in the OC, as it has, does and continues without obstructions for the politically-connected in the OC, Michael Kerr will have the resources to retain the best defense attorneys, who have the long-term relationships with OC judges and prosecutors, there will be a "sudden" defect or human error in the drug alcohol test process, Kerr may claim someone is out to get him and his reputation, and by the time March 16, 2007 comes, this will all be a figment of the OC world of the politically-connected law enforcement agencies and elected officials.

   If you doubt this theory, some other examples of OC's politically-connected justice system:

   Jeffrey Nielsen, an OC Republican attorney, also had the resources to postpone his sexual assault trial for 4 years and somehow, escaped being charged by the OC District Attorney with child porn that was found on a home and law office computer. The jury is still out -- but we all know better than to hold our breath on this one, 4 years is a long time;

   Evan Molina, a former teacher at Santa Margarita Catholic HS, was charged with sexual assault of a former student in September 2006. The Register covered the arrest but failed to cover the fact that Molina pled guilty to sexual assault and received 90 days in jail and the Judge who sentenced Molina. Most still wonder if this is standard sentencing in OC courts;

   Jeffrey Andrade, a former coach and teacher at Mater Dei High School, won $100,000 from the Diocese of Orange in a defamation lawsuit, and years later, a victim of Andrade's sexual assault finds the courage to tell her story, files a lawsuit, and what happens, the Diocese of Orange continues the politically bullying in the media and OC courts. History continues to repeat but what about protecting children -- what about truth -- what about justice?

   How can anyone get the gun registration of a former principal's son at Santa Margarita Catholic HS, who was charged with felony gun possession in March 2001, when not one county official will respond to months and years of requests for information?

   Janet Nguyen acted professionally in a request for a election recount, but yet, that just wasn't good enough in the OC because afterall, Michael Schroeder's client, Trung Nguyen, was supported by all the heavy hitters in the Republican party, Janet is a woman and afterall, Schroeder himself is the political and legal advisor for the DA and the Sheriff. Assem. Van Tran who doesn't have much of a legislative record to justify his holding public office in the interests of the people and justice also supported Trung Nguyen and has been assisting Schroeder in throwing influences around.

   Dedicated law enforcement officials have been forced to retire because self-serving, egotistical OC Board of Supervisors, and attorneys representing the Sheriff and the DA have no intention of respecting or upholding the rights of individual free speech, press or opinion in the OC.... families and careers continue to destruct, and those in positions to do something about it, play the ostrich!

   Unfortunately, it is our children who have to watch so called elected government and law enforcement officials, those who have taken an oath to uphold the laws of our country, manipulate and abuse the law to escape accountability for violations of the law and to cover for their campaign contributing political and legal advisors.

   Michael Scott Kerr is just another notch on the good 'ol boy network of OC politics whose motto is to destroy each and every person, family and career who gets in the way of the political agendas in the OC. Where does a non-politically connected citizen turn? NO WHERE, because only the politically-connected are guaranteed freedoms that were meant for all persons to enjoy, equally, without obstructions.

   When will it all end? It won't until those in positions to do the right thing in the interests of justice do it -- instead of talking about doing it!
