Not that we're grovelers or anything, but we do want to point out that the big-ass LA Times story today on polygamous breakaway Mormons in Utah and Arizona is something our new daddies over at the Phoenix New Times have been covering for years, specifically by John Dougherty. In fact, here's the New Times special section on the scandal. In other news, I got a bonus!

Oh, be gentle. LAT is number one in percentage drop of readers among the major newspapers. A lot more than its daddy the Chicago Tribune.

So when they find too many reporters redundant, they have to go in search of other sources.
