Gracias to those of you who listened last week to my debut on KPFK-FM 90.7 and left supportive comments (rest of you can listen to the archived version here; scroll down to "Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2008, 4:03 p.m. and click "Play"--never mind that the host listed is Alex Ko). On the show today will be members of the Orange County Dream to talk about efforts by Know Nothings in the California State Legislature and across the country to deny in-state tuition to undocumented college students and Greatest Religion Reporter Ever William Lobdell to discuss the controversy regarding Purpose-Driven Rick giving the invocation at Barack Obama's inauguration. For the final segment, I'll take listener calls starting at 4:40 p.m. (818-985-2711) about the few, the proud: churches, mosques, synagogues, and temples that truly do the Lord's work, don't support pedo-priests, and don't discriminate against anyone or engage in love-the-sinner, hate-the-sin duplicity. And for those of you listening at home when you find this after I give muchos gratuitous plugs to this post: start commenting!

Never in my dreams have I imagined that by escaping from the communist Czechoslovakian Dream Team that one day I will find myself to be again terrorized by the communist Orange County Dream Team.

Go ahead make my day Mexican socialists!......

With the California bankrupt, democrats treading on the constitution and Schwarzenegger rehearsing for the Terminator 4 (complete destruction of California), we have environment for the Teeparty 2009.

Gustavo congrats on the radio show, memoir, etc...

just curious, what church was it that the caller was saying is the 3rd GLBT-friendly church, that was founded in 1968? And what caller said someone was "like their pope?"

Gustavo, how could you forget the Episcopal Church of the Messiah, located in the heart of historic Santa Ana? 614 North Bush Street, Santa Ana, 714/543-9389; Messiah-SantaAna.org. Speaking of the Roman Catholic Womenpriest Movement, Father Roy Bourgeois of SOA-Watch is still facing excommunication from the Church for his 'grievous sin' of supporting the group:
