Tomorrow is May Day, celebrated by socialists across the globe and by illegal immigrants in the United States to march for amnesty (as an Aztlanista, I can tell you the shared dates ain't no coincidence, I tell ustedes what). Locally, pro-amnesty folks will meet at SanTana's Civic Center Plaza at 2 p.m., while the loyal opposition known as the California Coalition for Immigration Reform will protest outside the Mexican Consulate off Broadway and Civic Center Drive at eight in the morn.
Of course, a CCIR rally isn't a CCIR rally without a wacko ramble by their president, Barbara Coe (pictured). Rather than leave nasty commentary, I present it below in its unvarnished, Know Nothing brilliance:
Since we all know our mainstream media will NOT report the truth and WILL spin their reports in favor of the illegal alien criminals marching in our streets AND all first-hand reports are so appreciated, CCIR urges you all to practice "Safety First"!
Film the marches and conduct interviews discreetly and say nothing that will incite violence toward you. Some of these "marchers" are violent criminals and with the march "hysteria" , will use any excuse to physically attack you.
At least in the Los Angeles CA area, DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT count on local law enforcement personnel to protect you as
LA Mayor Villar and LAPD Chief Bratton have made their commitment to protect "the rights" of the illegal aliens - they have made NO commitment to protect the rights of law-abiding Americans!
o Work within a group or at least with a partner - o Have your cell phone on and ready to make a 911 call at all times. YOUR reports are invaluable but not at the cost of YOUR life - Be aware, take care and God bless and protect each & every PATRIOT who has the courage to record this illegal alien invasion event!

Barb Coe has good reason to issue a caution. Previous massive illegal alien street demonstrations have left people injured including police officers. Illegal aliens have much to lose if they lose their jobs, free education, free healthcare and in a worse case scenario, get deported. Since from day one Illegal Aliens have to commit tax and identity fraud, for starters, to stay and survive (both felonies), they can get very emotional about any small changes in the willingness of the government to enforce the law. When people have so much to gain or lose emotions can run high and violence cannot be ruled out. U.S. citizens are not affected or concerned directly so they sit out events like this. If citizens do participate and they are identified as hostile to the interests of illegal aliens they could become targets. Citizens if they dare show up will be outnumbered by by illegal aliens by huge numbers. Coe's cautions make sense to me. Patriots are citizens who make great personal sacrifices and take risks for their country, like soldiers in our volunteer military and the Framers of this nation when they challenged English tyranny. In this event Patriots see massive numbers of foreigners defying the laws, profiteers benefiting from them and elected representatives unwilling to enforce the law because they take money from Illegal Alien employers. Patriots may show up at one of those events to remind elected representatives that they are not doing their job, even if it is risky. These are the kind of people that Coe's caution is directed to.

Barbara Coe is correct where illegal alien protests go. Every single time that illegal aliens have come to, or been counter protested by American citizens, it was the illegal aliens or their enablers that became physically violent. Every single time. Gustavo, we all anxiously await your "proof". Until then, here are some facts: 1. A blond female American was brutally beaten up by a gang of illegals waving a Mexican flag. Yes, a police report was filed! 2. An American senior citizen was pelted with a filled water bottle to the head and rushed to emergency with a concussion! Yes, this is on record. 3. American citizen Lupe Moreno was assaulted outside a Mexican Consulate...this incident has been investigated by the police. The list of this assaults are endless, but why don't we move on to all those now deceased by the hands of illegal aliens: David March, Tyler Lundin, Amy Kortlang, actress Adrienne Shelly, film director, Bob Clark...shall we continue?

SOS: Is it Joe, or David? One of you guys, or someone else? Anyways, remember that Bobby said illegals start the fun "every single time"--that's the only point I'll debate since I've answered most all of your other points (Mexican hypocrisy, criminality, etc.--you guys should really buy my paperback!) in my column (and we covered Lupe's assault in a cover story earlier this year). Were you guys in front of Anaheim City Hall December 2001, when Glenn Spencer, Babs, Terry Anderson, and Jesse Lee Peterson protested...what was it, matricula consular? Banking privileges for illegals? INS agent in the jail? I forget. I don't think either of you were there, but I might be wrong.
Regardless, a riot broke out between CCIR & amigos and a group of bona fide anarchists (a third group of Latinos protested across the street, wanting nothing to do with either side). The fights started after an anti-illegal pulled the red flag from some anarchist's stick. I remember this vividly because I was there from the beginning and took pictures, pictures so vivid Judicial Watch subpoenaed me for them for their lawsuit against Anaheim. Fun times--that Saturday was also the day Peterson kept asking girls why they dated Mexicans and called me both a Jap and a Flip. You can look it up. That day, anti-illegals were the definite aggressors--still have the shots. Proof enough?
