She used "our" in the author's plural form--in other words, she was talking about Orange County. The time period is in my entry--read! I have nothing against Pleasants--I just found it a hilariously wrong prediction, much like Mr. Burns holding on to "Confederated Slave Holdings" in The Simpsons.
