I believe the International World Criminal Court, in the Hague, should take the case Against the Roiman Catholic Church for Sexual Slavery of Children, all over the RCC world, for generation after generation.

Why aren't the rest of that perpetual flock of parasitic pedophile scum being prosecuted like their brother who just went to jail.

Former Diocese of Orange employee Albert Schildknecht should count his blessings that former OC Sheriff Department employee Kevin Taylor was not present during Schildknecht's stay in the OC jail. It is difficult to forget what happened to John Derek Chamberlain who was beaten to death on October 5, 2006 because jail employees identified him as a dangerous sexual predator to other inmates.

When I look at only 3 predator priests have gone to Jail in OC. I must suspect that Todd Brown has more of a hot toddy relationship with the OC DA and other law enforcement.

Other OC clergy abuse cases that were prosecutable were ignored, the victims seemed to be strung along by both various law enforcemt and certainly by their bishop, hot toddy, an accused child himself.

I also wonder from the history of ignoring, dismissing victims with valid cases for years, that this minimal sentences comes from the same secrecy I see all the time in the church.

Could the diocese and DA, perhaps the pd all have something on eachother or some have some common ground of interest they share......It's a pretty horrific mess when you I think about it....more like a game of lets make a deal sweetheart: I won't tell on you if you don't tell on me.

Sadly, while it may have been a fun game between those possible threesomes, all in positions of authority in the county, numerous children and vulnerable adults continued to be molested in Orange County.

And still, it seems that Catholic priest predators have a special relationship with the DA and other law enforcement

Probation and 6 days in jail for violating his probation? Glad he went to jail, but sad it was a slap on the wrist with the courts blessing to visit kids. hmmm takes s seconds to molest a kid, even while being monitored your honor.

I applaud the victim who despite this horrific cover-up still courageously came forward and exposed this predator and a OC legal system that coddles molesters and their complicity bishops.

Maybe I'm wrong about hot toddy and local law enforcement?....Nevertheless, I think there is good reason for victims and the citizens of OC to strongly suspect that these three entities of power and authority, worked together to protect the image of the church over the safety of kids.

Catholics still sit back complacently watching this prison of abuse (the Catholic Church) in action and Still pop their buck in the basket.

Sad, kids deserve to be protected from the OC diocese, who are known enablers, that aid, abet and keep giving safe harbor and support to molesting clergy.
