Dallas Frank Reichstein III is facing a potential murder count because he has a prior DUI conviction, according to the Santa Ana Police Department. The unidentified pedestrian was crossing north to south mid-block and outside of crosswalks in the area of 1100 W. MacArthur Blvd. around 10:10 p.m. Wednesday when she was clipped by a 2002 Nissan Xterra driven by a man heading west on MacArthur, according to Santa Ana Police.More »

He lies down in a lane of the northbound (and active) Costa Mesa (55) Freeway at what appears to be near the 5 Freeway interchange in Santa Ana/Tustin-ish--in broad daylight! He has to be dragged away from harm by a California Highway Patrol officer. And after being ordered to stand up, he quickly, well, check it out for yourself ...
