   As the above published articles support, violence and abuse has continued in the OC jails while the OC District Attorney, OC Board of Supervisors, California Attorney General and the Sheriff himself, play POLITICS, play the ostrich, referring complaints in a never ending pattern of bureaucratic crap!

   The citizens of OC should be and most likely are very embarassed, humiliated and wondering why they are expected to follow the laws of the land but yet, the elected public officials who WORK FOR THE PEOPLE can beg, borrow, steal and abuse, without consequences. The DA's report is so disgusting that just reading it turns my stomache. Congratulations Mr. Rackauckas... you have really blown it this time by refusing to file criminal charges against the Sheriff deputies involved in the John Derek Chamberlain beating. How much longer are you going to push the envelope?

   * We have watched you refuse to prosecute sexual predators employed by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange, while also refusing to charge the employees who failed to report sex crimes as mandated by law.

   * We have watched you allow a statute of limitations on child porn charges against Jeffrey Ray Nielsen accidently expire thanks to his OC Republican GOP associations.

   * We have watched you prosecute minor children as adults but yet, when adults commit the same type of crimes, if they are Republicans and contributors, you somehow find a loophole that justifies you playing the ostrich.

   * We have watched you prosecute innocent men and women who are not part of your political circle, send them to prison and then fight them for the monetary damages they are due according to California statute.

   * We have watched your Public Affairs Counsel use the press for self-serving law enforcement agendas to make you look good in the eyes of the public.

   * Your political advisor is married to your Public Affairs Counsel and you REFUSE to take corrective action for the obvious and serious obstructions of justice and legal conflicts of interest.

   * You dismissed 12 lewd and lacivious felony charges against a public school teacher, without public explanation.

   * You dismissed the felony gun possession of the principal's son at Santa Margarita Catholic HS knowing that the Columbine HS shooting tragedy may have repeated itself, without public explanation.

   * How much longer are you going to place children, adults and employees at serious risk of danger and violations of the law?

   * How much longer are you going to manipulate DNA evidence and convict innocent individuals to prison?

   * How long are you going to allow the attorneys representing the County of Orange, the Sheriff's Department, public school districts and the Diocese of Orange, simultaneously, to cheat the public from due process of the law and the fair administration of justice?

   * Why is Scott Andrew Christensen's felony sex crimes being tried in a court of law but yet, he has never entered a plea?

   Mr. Rackauckas... PLEASE RESIGN in the interests of justice and the protections of public safety before any more lives are destroyed. How much longer will your wealthy, politically connected OC Republican good 'ol boys contribute to your cause that has destroyed families the public's trust? Please stop all the criminal prosecutions in this County until you leave office. We cannot tolerate taxpayer dollars and court resources thrown out the door because of your ego and arrogance.

   The residents of Orange Co. should sleep a lot easier now that the USDOJ is involved in this matter. Whenever the USDOJ starts a case against an individual and they're charged it may take some time, but they always get their man. They're better at getting their man than the RCMP.

   Rest assured if the USDOJ can't convict the crook Carona then the IRS will complete the job for them.

   The good citizens of OC need not concern themselves with the corrupt DA T-RACK as I've sent information/proof to the USDOJ that he takes bribes in the form of campaign contributions to ignore crimes that the contributors commit.

   The USDOJ when they put Carona in the human trash compactor then T-RACK will get his turn at the bottom of the barrel.

   I bet ol' Billy Joe never messed with those boys ever again. And I'm sure the inmate "witnesses" probably won't have too much attitude knowing that those cops don't screw around. Heavy-handed tactics are the ONLY things these guys understand...it is truly the foundation of their lifestyle: Respect through Fear/Intimidation.

   But hey, let's make jail a kinder, gentler place...a place for dummies to lounge for a couple months, earn some stripes and then hit the streets again without learning any lessons at all...no wonder there are so many gang killings these days...no price to pay.

   To "I'll never be in jail again"... at least you have a choice! John Chamberlain never had a choice because he was killed before he had a chance to defend himself. One has to wonder what kind of beast believes that all inmates in the OC Theo Lacy jail are GUILTY before their guaranteed day in a court of law.

   What is most odd is that so called "battery on co-habitant" charges filed against Chamberlain in July 2006, were DISMISSED on October 4, 2006, one day before Chamberlain was beaten to death in the OC Theo Lacy Jail. If these charges were DISMISSED, who knows whether the child porn charges would have also been dismissed. The fact is, Chamberlain was labeled a dead man by someone... for a reason we hope to learn in the near future. I still cannot understand why John Chamberlain was labeled a sexual predator when there were MANY others accused of sex crimes against children in the Theo Lacy Jail at the same time Chamberlain was killed. Something does not add up in this whole scenario.

   In the interests of justice, I pray that the FBI and the DOJ will take the investigation to the professional level that the OC District Attorney had the duty to perform. Watching the OC District Attorney run from prosecuting politically sensitive crimes is getting quite pathetic to say the least. It is amazing how easily the DA can prosecute the non-politically connected without blinking an eye.

   Why is it NOT a big surprise that a moron who cannot spell would have the cojones to opine that someone held in custody, awaiting trial, with the presumption that comes along with that ("INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!") would think that it's no "bigs" deal and that we "gots" a favor by being rid of "one less pervert?" Why am I not surprised at the level of stupidity? Hell, lets do away with the constitution and trials all together and FRY EVERYONE IMMEDIATELY UPON ARREST. After all, following the moron's logic, we can all agree that all cops and district attorneys are ABSOLUTELY trustworthy, unfailing, infallible, and therefore should be beyond reproach. Get your head out of your ass!

   THE JAIL DEPUTIES WHO MURDERED JASON JESUS GOMEZ IN THE OC JAIL NEED TO BE CRIMINALLY CHARGED FOR THIS ATROCITY. WHEN DIRTY COPS GO BAD THEY GO REAL BAD AND THEY KNOW ALL THE TRICKS. JASON GOMEZ COULD HAVE BEEN ADD CHARGED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CRIME AND HAD HIS DAY IN COURT . INMATES CAN BE HUMANELY RESTRAINED AND PUT IN SEGREGATION.THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR BEATING OR CHOKING AN INMATE.WHERE IS THE NURSE WHO WAS ALLEGEDLY GRABBED BY MR. GOMEZ?? WHAT IS HER NAME?? WHO WILL BE MURDERED NEXT BY THIS ROGUE CLICK OF CRIMINAL JAIL DEPUTIES??

   I feel the pain, too......my dad used to tell me stories about Lacy 20 years ago.....

   ...and it still goes on, even now, under the eyes of the investigators....
