--Then-Sheriff Mike Carona, who says the Bible governs his daily actions, caught on a secret 2007 FBI recording boasting about his petty efforts to punish outgoing Newport Beach police chief Bob McDonell at his retirement party. McDonell's sin? He wouldn't bow to Carona's massive ego.

This is a systemic problem with Orange County employees.

Unfortunately, when I personally was falsely convicted of a minor offence on trumpted up charges in March of 2005
I had to disclose my material and financial assets which were close to a $1,000,000.00 with a relatively low cost of living.

I remember quite well Commissioner Sneedy’s comments in March of 2005 “You are going to lose everything” from March till June my probation officer started by having me arrested for having (pepper spray) in the glove box of my car
(I have 3 daughters and a beautiful wife and I am small in stature)

Next was arrested for having an empty beer can in the back of my truck, next was having an open beer when I was recovering from surgery in campground in San Diego county, courtesy of my PO. Get the picture.

The county has ripped off my family, Tortured me, harassed me and my family while I had a case under appeal, and then when my wife cracked under the duress of what was happening too us, filed a restraining order ( and I don’t blame her they scared our kids and flirted with her)

within 2 months I was nearly murdered.

2007 /2008 is a repeat of 2005 I have been hospitalized 1 surgery and 2 other times and arrested several times for trying to recover my clothing, my car, my wallet, and mail.

I sent an email to the school representatives and teachers that I have worked with , and made a couple of inappropriate telephone calls because I am homeless and in fear that they were going to try to harm me again using the EPO, and continuing legal exstortion as cover.

Our family is out of money and minor arguments over valid concerns, turned into assaults toward me, thiefs, intimidation, incarceration, illness,and charges of violating a restraining order.

At the same time my wife who is a Orange County Employee, has taken our residence and all of our material possessions spanning 5 generations and they are forcing me to go through a divorce for my own protection.

Crimmilizing victims of violent crime at the hands of the county.

Acts of torture against me:

Jail beating & near death in 2005 11 days in intensive care chained to a bed with no outside contact or visitation allowed.

Reintroduction to general jail population with stapled wound. Bailed out 50k bail to get proper medical treatment.

Rearrested for contacting family, reintroduced to jail block with attacker present.

2007 / 2008 Use of aggression and hostility by family member to invoke PTSD and use of police, hospitalization, powerful drugs known to cause harm, and jail to promote destabilization.

Use of EPO to create homelessness, financial disruption, amplify procecutorial power, destabilize and take atvantage of the victims, so further abuse and smearing can occur.

These kind of abuses result in illness, financial exploitation, and disappearences.

Is the Orange County System of Justice the reincarnate of Lee Atwater?

The corruption hear is incredible and RO procedures make it easy to rip people off.

My children have lost their dad, our dignity and are still facing legal extortion through instruments of procecutorial abuse.
