What’s better than a sweet pink Nanette Lepore dress at nearly half off? Not a whole lot if you ask me. This whole Santa-Ana-makeover-thing to boost the city’s image has brought in a lot of spiffy new spots; notably brand new boutique Hannah Bean right down the street from the Weekly office.

The first floor in a 3-story artist loft, Hannah Bean is a bright and airy shop with chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and BCBG hanging on the walls. You can also find labels like Rebecca Taylor, Theory, Ella Moss and LaRok. Co-owners and friends Christina Harrison (pictured) and Nicole Dale opened the femininely decadent boutique in September 07. They’re currently having a spazm-inducing sale through the end of January: the entire store is 40% off.
Hannah Bean is located at 111 City Place Drive, Santa Ana, (714)835-7371, www.hannahbean.com

I rushed into the store thinking I could give a quick look. I didn't want to leave. Small store but the most beautiful clothes (less expensive then Nordstrom's-thank goodness). Amazing customer service-I was late for my nail appt. and I didn't care.

A friend and I went there once--the entire time, a lady was talking to a friend and didn't even say hi. PASS.

I am one of the owners of Hannah Bean and I was very sad and dismayed by reading the comment: 'terrible customer service'. I want to personally apologize to you if you received poor customer service. My partner, Nicole and I interviewed countless people for our employees and one of the prerequisites to work at Hannah Bean was to be a sincerely warm and friendly person. We know we captured that with ours. They are both cute as a button and so warm and friendly you want to pick them up and give them a big bear hug. Our family and friends always comment on them.
So once again, I am sorry if your experience was not a pleasant one. I hope you can give us another chance to make it up to you, plus we are having a 40% off sale on everything in the store right now, so I know you can get a great deal!
Best Wishes In The Coming New Year,
Christina Harrison

Store is super cozy, and Christina is so nice. Loved the plush rug in the dressing room, and the clothes are amazing. I'll definitely be back.

Christina, Are you formerly Christina Cagigas. If so I met you in Venice, Italy. I traveled with you, David, and Teresa. I hope all is well. If I have the wrong Christina I hope you have a successful business.
