The judge in question asked Ms. Taitz to resubmit her petition in its correct, legal form, so he could understand her arguments. The method by which the petition was written was more a scattered screed than an actual legal document. That's the reason he asked her to resubmit, because he didn't understand what her exact legal arguements are.

My wife and I went to Dr. Taitz Esq. about 8 years ago after moving to the area. The experience was so bad that neither of us had the confidence to return to a dentist for six years. We've since found a great dentist and my teeth are much better now.

Actually, it's not accredited. WHTU is an online college and no online school is accredited for law. It is not accredited by either the American Bar Association or the State Bar of California. WHTU is not even seeking accreditation because it is ineligible for it.

Orly Taitz is a destroyer of an entire community. I go to a high school where her children used to attend and due to personal issues with the administration went on a vendetta for months at a time, wasting thousands of dollars (not to mention hundreds of pounds of paper) trying to ruin any aspect of my school. She at one point began stalking certain administrator's; going into their bank accounts leading to the resignation of my Dean of Students who has since fled the state. Orly has not only ruined the life of an amazing person whose intentions were only for the benefit of her students, but has scarred an entire community who after a year is still feeling the after math of her psychotic rant. She is a pathetic excuse of a professional and an embarrassment to my community. I only hope she realizes one day how much of a nuisance she is to society.

Orly Taitz should be arrested for inciting rebellion, she has repeatedly called for and armed rebellion in the United States and she has even said the military should turn on President Obama. She has already fled to Israel just 2 days after giving a forged Kenyan birth certificate to the 9th Circut Court, and papers have been filed in California for her dis-barrment.
