Octomom Nadya Suleman's Home Now Owned by Attorney; Her Financial Situation More Dire

​Jeff Czech, the lawyer for Octomom Nadya Suleman, has taken over the title of her La Habra home.

A review of public records shows that the title was transferred from the single mother of 14's father, Ed Doud, to Harmony Enterprises, Inc. which is owned by Czech.

Suleman, who staved off her mortgage holder in May by putting a People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) sign on her home to raise $5,000, is reportedly running out of money rapidly.

Doud bought the home where Octomom lives from Amer Haddadin last year for $565,000.

The transfer took place on April 15--the same day reports surfaced that Haddadin agreed to a six-month extension on a $450,000 balloon payment that was due on the loan.

Czech told the press at the time that Octomom had numerous financial opportunities. But so far none have come to fruition, and Radar reports her financial situation grows worse every day.

She has written a book, but no publisher has expressed interest in buying it.

A once-hoped-for reality TV series has not materialized.
