Sorry, La Habra, Octomom Ain't Budging

Octomom Nadya Suleman has apparently struck a deal with her mortgage company to allow her to stave off foreclosure on her La Habra home--for at least another six months.

And negotiations continue to keep her there longer.

Sorry, neighbors.

This report says Suleman received a six-month extension on her $450,000 balloon mortgage payment, giving her more time to come up with the money.

She has some projects in the works--The Octo-Prentice, anyone? Anyone? Hello? Is this thing on?--that should allow her to pay off her mortgage by the new date and keep herself and her 14 spawn off the streets, according to her mouthpiece.

"It's taking awhile for them to come to fruition, but hopefully things will work out for her," Jeff Czech says of those unidentified projects.

"We'll keep our fingers crossed," he said.

And we'll keep our eyes closed if he's referring to a porn video.

Up next is a Tuesday appearance on Oprah!, followed the next night by a part in an American Idol skit.
