william Wagener says:

Judge Guilford should be credited for restoring some faith in Federal 9th District by sentencing Ex-Sheriff Michael S. Corona to 5.5 years or 66 months in Federal Prison. Particularly appropriate, seeing numerous inmates and detainees have been roughed up, or beaten in Orange County Jail or mistreated, like Army Specialist 4 - Julie Witherspoon, who was recently found NOT guilty by a jury, for obstructing in O.C. "justice Center" and others beaten, some to death in O.C. jails, is Judge Guilford's reply to the issue of danger to dishonored ex-sheriff Corona in a federal prison... words to the effect by the jurist that Corona will be a safe in Federal jails as inmates were in Corona's run County jails. Well said, Judge Guiford - even if tongue in cheek.

Still, the question remains, WHY would Corona as SHEriff-coroner distort by conclusion that Andrea Nelson died of accidental over dose
when there is clear evidence upon review of Coroners report, by a pathologist who reviewed it, that it was murder, and a video of that pathologist is available to anyone on YOU TUBE, on my channel, williamWagener, Murder he said, and so do I.
Question is WHY Mike Corona would cover it up with a false entry. WHY call Coroner's and tell them it was to be "accidental", if he indeed did, as I was told, several years ago. To think this man was on President BUSH's Joint Terrorist Taskforce, while tampering with more than Don Haigl's testimony, more than his mistress Deb... with that kind of influence to corrupt law enforcement, and virtually all of the Sheriff's Dept. kept their mouth shut, and the D.A. Tony R. did nothing but, ... try to intimidate a mother, Linda Cator, greaving for her only child obviously murdered, and carried into HOAG Hospital only a 8 minute drive from Morning Star residence of Mr. Baktar who carried the "cold" body into the hospital, and even with a long arrest record, got off on probation for 3 bottles of Date Rape drugs.

Did not the heir to a make up fortune get life in Prison for use of that drug during a Rape where no one died in Santa Barbara County. Yet in Mike Corona's corrupt regime, Mr. Bakhtar got probation after carrying the lifeless body to hospital and claiming "she just passed out while driving around".

If this is NOT worthy of a full Grand Jury investigation of D.A. Tony R.
Mike Corona, the fired cops from Tustin, and the family that owned and ran the Mr. J's strip club in O.C. , then anyone can conclude no American soldiers were killed in Iraq the last few years, and they are just
gold bricking somewhere.
Ridiculous as the short 45 minute kangaroo wrongful death trial Linda Cator got.
Ridiculous as she alone sat with a sign today begging for justice for her daughter and getting none, even though she held her sign 2 feet from Mr. & Mrs Corona as they left the Courthouse today.

Ridiculous that John Walsh, of TV fame, would write a letter urging leniency for a whoremongering , witness tampering Mike Corona, who is guilty of a lot more, no doubt, than what any jury has yet heard.

Ridiculous that that Atty. Richard Fine rots in a L.A. jail for "contempt" after winning at the CA. State Appeal Court proving that over 400 L.A. County Judicial judges took ~$46,000 annually in open BRIBES for which payment, L.A. County lost no lawsuits for 2 years, in addition to there STATE CALIFORNIA salary, making the openly bribed L.A. County Judges, more highly paid that U.s. Supreme Court Judge John Roberts.

Shame on the State of California and the Governor Arnold for covering it up by RETRO-ACTIVELY making it legal
in February 2009 with SBX2 11, ... - - that which was a crime and a tort done by everyone by the L.A. JUDGES, 400+ who took the bribes.

And the Local and state Media have done a total blackout on the Richard Fine incarceration. [See FREE FINE on You Tube & connected interviews ]
Shame on the National, State, and County Media for the BLACK OUT on the FINE CASE. You ladies and gentleman are responsible for the victims
and witnesses still hiding from O.C. cops and sheriffs, AFRAID for their lifes, after seeing the murderers get away with Andrea Nelson's cruel murder for her outing corrupt cops. And John Walsh, knowing all this but
prizing his Sheriff's relationships more highly than the cruel death of Andrea... while pandering yourself as a champion of Justice... knowing
Linda Cators story and THEN you write a letter to "help" Mike Corona.

This be true, then no wonder witnesses still hide afraid of the cops
who are suppose to "Defend and Protect".

Federal judges, not Guilford, have ignored Writs of Habeas Corpus. SHAME on them for letting internationally known Atty. Richard Fine rot,
for exposing an entire County of Corrupt judges.

In view of the above, though some respect must be credited to THIS judge Guilford for not granting probation.... how can witnesses & victims of other crimes by Mike Corona or his staff most of which are snug as a bug in a dirty rug, in the O.C. Sheriffs positions, and Bakhtar, is still plying the night clubs, HOW CAN Victims and Witnesses be expected to step forward? for what? to be murdered like Andrea for telling the truth.

Like the infamous Lincoln Sav/Loan scandal of the midwest where children were regularly raped and drugged by another Rising black Republican star, Lawrence King, [not TV's Larry King] who went to jail for the money side of the S/L he ripped off, but was never charged with the sexual assaults of children.

Strange that Mike Corona was elected on a plateform of "cleaning up the O.C. Sheriff's department", and he was also a "rising" Republican "Star", well connected to President BUSH as well.

Why would any witness accutely aware of Andrea's murder for outing bad cops, like Mike Corona, and seeing ONLY Mike Corona get sentenced]
and still not jailed... want to risk life and step forward. Orange County Sheriffs credibility is now NONE existant.

That is what Andrea NELSON did... she stepped forward and with her mother Linda Cator at her side came out and named names, places and cops deep in corruption. But Andrea did NOT know the scope of the depth of corruption and she was quickly murdered. The house where it allegedly happened is surrounded with neighbors I talked to who "don't want to talk", cause the don't feel they can trust any cop for sure.

And that is the beginning of the END of a society, when police can not be trusted. And we are there. It will take a lot more cop indictments, D.A. investigators to BE indicted, before Trust will be cautiously given by
those who know how deep this rabbit hole goes.
