I am just wondering if anyone but the defense counsel for Gallo talks about the FACT that Courtney Stewart was driving with a blood alcohol content (BAC) over the legal limit for someone her age. I know, she is the beauty queen and victim, along with two others, who were killed in the crash. But, with everyone talking about how could Gallo drive around DUI after he was on probation for his first offense, how could she drive around, at 20 years old, with any amount of alcohol in her? Also, who bought her the alcohol? That was another crime. How do we know for sure that she could have caused an accident? Just thinking out loud!

They have said that there was no alcohol where the drinking of alcohol would have shown up during autopsy but possibly from post Mordem, where ethenol is created from your body and that tested at .06 .01 over the limit for an underage driver in California.....
I don't write the law am just pointing to it....
Gallo's lawyer is a slime bag as well and just tried to muddy the water. He will be gone next month because the state won't pay him what he wants to litigate it... Yes he wants us to pay to defend his client....So another one will be appointed.
