Kelly Thomas Trial Judge William Froberg Lashes Out Over Twitter Picture of Jurors

As if the Kelly Thomas trial needed any more drama, Judge William Froeberg interrupted Wednesday's closing arguments by defense attorneys to lash out at the audience over photos of jurors posted on Twitter.

"If I find out who took this picture, you're going to jail," Froeberg said as he held up a printout of the image in his Orange County Superior Court courtroom in Santa Ana.

The judge went on to say the picture, in which only one of the jurors (an alternate) can be identified, appeared on a Twitter account of someone by the name Aaron Murphy.

It was later determined by investigators the photo was taken from a live broadcast feed and posted by someone outside the courtroom. A TV cameraman had accidentally caught a quick glance of the jury while adjusting equipment, City News Service reports.

William Froeburg is worried about protecting the jurors when he should really be worried about his own job and his freedom.  Guess what, Billy,  the jury may not have been authentic,  and that is being THOROUGHLY investigated, but this could NOT have happened without your implicit, explicit, and illicit participation. This is where the focus will be. You'll be exchanging your black robe for jail scrubs very soon. Sorry.

WHAT???  JURY people are photographed often when leaving the court.  Not illegal to photograph people in a public area.  Bad Judge, Bad jury that had to have been bought off.   DA in their pockets also and won't charge the other murderer.  Hopefully the parents filed a Wrongful Death papers.  We all need to memorize the faces of each of these police officers (using tax payers money for murder) so we know if one of them approaches any one of us that we most likely are dead at that point.  These officers are mentally ill.  No business in public.  Each of us just learned once again, a daily happening, that we Never trust a policeman.  Police seem to have the ok of every official in each department, courts, DA office to murder and walk away free people to do it again.  Which one of us next for one of these three to murder us?  Each of them will do this again because they can and they know it is ok.   Public, be very afraid.

BROADCAST THE PICTURES OF THE JURORS EVERYWHERE. MAYBE THEY WILL BE RECOGNIZED AND SOMEONE WILL DO TO THEM WHAT THE COPS DID TO THE POOR HOMELESS MAN.
