Cierra Melissa Robinson Guilty of Turning 14 y.o. Girl Over to Pimp to Join Her 'Ho-ing
Then Anderson and his partner became the first Orange County convictees under the anti-human trafficking Prop 35, for forcing a woman into prostitution.
Now Robinson has become OC's first Prop 35 convictee whose victim was a minor (also forced into 'ho-ing).
Robinson, a 28-year-old prostitute herself, was allegedly part of the stable of suspected pimp Chuncey Tarae Garcia, 33, for whom she was convicted of procuring a 14-year-old girl.
Garcia was pulled over driving in Garden Grove on March 1, and Robinson and the teen girl were in the car. The girl's youth raised the suspicions of the officer, and an investigation was launched.
It was discovered the girl was a runaway who befriended Robinson, who brought the girl to Garcia, who allegedly forced the teen to turn tricks. That led to the arrests of Garcia and Robinson and to the girl entering protective custody.
Garcia is charged with one felony count each of human trafficking of a minor by force or fear, pimping a minor and forceable rape.
He faces a much longer maximum prison stretch with a conviction: 28 years.
