A 12-year-old boy who became stuck under a metal partition at Knott's Berry Farm's Soak City in Buena Park was later freed by firefighters unharmed.

Orange County Fire Authority rescuers had to use a jaws of life device after the unidentified boy slipped and his knee became trapped about 1:15 p.m., according to officials.

The boy was not seriously injured and was released to his father, according to spokesman Steve Concialdi of the Orange County Fire Authority, which is still investigating the incident at the water park.
