A registered sex offender already on parole for making kiddie porn when he invited more underage boys to meet him and his camera in an abandoned Anaheim house was convicted and sentenced today to six years in state prison.

Chris Glen Phernambucq, 31, of Anaheim, pleaded guilty to a court offer after facing the possibility of nine years and four months behind bars. He still must register as a sex offender for life.

Already a prison veteran and lifetime registered sex offender for convictions in 2006 for using a minor to create pornography and 2003 for unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor three years younger than he was, Phernambucq in December 2012 met a 17-year-old boy via Facebook, telling the lad he was a pornography director who wanted the teen in his film.

In January, Phernambucq met the 17-year-old in the abandoned house, where he was instructed to strip. The older man then orally copulated the teen, who became uncomfortable and left. Later learning Phernambucq is a registered sex offender, the boy told his family, who contacted Anaheim Police.

Thats less prison time than Aaron Sandusky got for running a cannabis collective. Its also less time than Joe grumbine is facing. Theres a pattern emerging here.
