Hey, anyone out there in Seal Beach who sees cones being set up want to let us know where? Because the department's not releasing the location.
They want you to be surprised when you roll up on a Traffic Unit officer checking drivers for signs of alcohol or drug impairment.
They'll also be checking to make sure motorists have their licenses.
