Remember the young Irvine man facing a felony count for having oral sex with a drunky 15-year-old girl who barfed on him during the act at an elementary school?

The stomach contents emptying encounter with jailbait did not earn 20-year-old Miles Worthy Temby a felony on his rap sheet but he is getting a little jail time following guilty pleas in court.

Temby copped not to felony but misdemeanor oral copulation with a minor as well as a misdemeanor he was facing for plying the girl with alcohol, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

He was sentenced to 72 days in jail and three years of informal probation.
