Just Another Orange County Murder: Tayroh DeShawn Stinson
After meeting Tayroh DeShawn Stinson, 31, of Garden Grove, on July 29, 2009, Kincaid got into a dispute over a drug deal with him that allegedly ended with the defendant stabbing Stinson with a knife multiple times. Stinson later died at a hospital.
Kincaid managed to hide out in Las Vegas until he was arrested by U.S. Marshals on an unrelated warrant on Sept. 4, 2009, according to a statement from the Orange County district attorney's office, which notes the defendant waived extradition and was arrested by Garden Grove police upon his arrival in Orange County.
