Faas, who as Carmella Bing has appeared in around 140 adult films with titles like Licensed to Blow, Busty Beauties Flotation Devices and A Big Tit Christmas, can have the misdemeanor expunged if by April 22 she has no more law violations, completes a six-hour drug education class and submits a DNA sample, according to Farrah Emami, the Orange County District Attorney's office spokeswoman.

James Deroze, a 27-year-old parolee suspected of possessing a phony DMV Identification, and Phillip Alano, 29, who was accused of possessing the personal information of more than 10 identity theft victims, were also arrested in the Irvine police investigation.
