Miles Temby Faces Second Punishment After Minor Barfs on Him During Alleged Oral Sex

The fellow blowing smoke rings in his Facebook profile photo at right is Miles Worthy Temby. The Irvine 20-year-old does, according to police, know something about blowing. Questioned about suspected boozing and oral sex with a 15-year-old girl at an elementary school, he reportedly replied he thought she was 16 or 17--a bad answer given 18 is the age of consent in California.

Speaking of bad answers, you may not be able to stomach what the girl had told cops about the steamy session.

The girl says she barfed on Temby during their nighttime tryst at Eastshore Elementary in December.

That's only a slightly better . . . ahem . . . outcome than what Orange County prosecutors later expelled: a felony count of oral copulation with a person younger than 18 and a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor for the alcohol.

Temby's scheduled to be arraigned Friday.

This is real life. Not high school game. She has not learned a thing. She did the doing, yes he should have said no. Murders are on the street and we spend are time on this. A girl that looks 20, and double his size. He looks like he is 15 and he is in jail, while she goes on like nothing happened.

@ Mitch....your comments about Mexico is ignorant as usual. Although I do recognize that a 20 yr. old boy and a 15 year old girl are probably at the same maturity level. However, our laws state that it's against the law.....what can you say the stupid huero admitted his sins to the cops. Should have lawyered up and shut up.

This is ridiculous. He's twenty, not some 45 year old balding fat dude. She's 15 -- that's like the average age for first birth in Mexico. She's fully sexually mature. We need to lower the age of consent in this state. (In most it is 16)

That is not a surprising response from you. How about a 20 y/o guy not have sex with anyone too young to buy smokes and just leave it at that?

If the girl is 15 as stated in the article, why is he not being charged with oral copulation with a person under 16? Mistaken age is no defense.

Is she being charged with underage drinking / drinking in public? The article makes no mention of this. If not, why not? I dare say most minors charged with and convicted of that crime did not procure the alcohol themselves. That does not absolve them of the obligation to follow the law.

It appears that these people did not know each other well enough to know each others real age, but she goes ahead and b***s him. Nice. Back in my day we had a name for girls like that...

I wonder if this case is the best use of my tax dollars.

Sex with a minor is a pretty hilarious topic the joke around about. Between that and the posts about boobs, there doesn't seem to be much of redeeming value coming out of OC Weekly, going by what gets posted on here. Adios.

At least he had a job... after this, the arrest record and publicity alone, chances are he will no longer be able to get a job. A sex criminal (!), after all! Another drain on society created...
