Christopher Lee Miller Has Surprises Under His Blanket That Bring Sex with Minor Arrest: Cops

Huntington Beach police officers went to do what they normally do near Main Street Public Library Friday morning--rouse homeless people who call the greenbelt home--when they found something (or someones) different huddled under a blanket on the grass.

It was a 28-year-old man, a girl under 16 and, according to police, "evidence" they had had sex.

Christopher Lee Miller was then arrested on suspicion of sexual intercourse with a minor and sexual penetration after the 7:15 a.m. encounter, which also resulted in the man being picked up on two outstanding warrants for disorderly conduct.
