Talan Torriero of Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County Popped for Real DUI

It turns out that big, countywide Labor Day weekend anti-DUI crackdown netted a celebrity.

If by celebrity you mean former Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County "reality" show "star" Talan Torriero.

The 25-year-old was pulled over around 12:30 a.m. Saturday after making an illegal left turn and before failing a field sobriety test, according to the real Laguna Beach Police.

His breath smelled of booze, say police, who booked Torriero on a misdemeanor DUI and driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08 percent charges. He spent the night in jail before being released.

Talan Torriero goes from Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County to the real Laguna Beach city jail.

Having appeared in the first two seasons of the MTV show alongside Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari and Lo Bosworth, Torriero's next command performance is Oct. 15 at the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach.
