Fahey, who was looking at a possible life sentence if convicted without the guilty pleas, molested a then-11-year-old girl in 2001 and an 8-year-old girl in 2008, according to prosecutors cited by City News Service.

He was teaching English to ninth graders at Palo Verde High School in Blythe when he was arrested in 2008. Fahey has taught at Corona del Mar High School in 2003 and 2004. He was also a professional photographer with a pervy side hobby: shooting naughty pictures of little girls.

Hopefully, the Orange County District Attorney's new funding will allow an investigation into why the Laguna Beach Police Department destroyed crucial evidence allegedly supporting that Fahey abused a third victim in 1991. Who, what and why would a law enforcement agency/official destroy evidence that an adult sexually abused a child? THIS IS SICK STUFF!
