Dashboard cameras--they are not just for cops to display crimes and other mayhem anymore (nor to mysteriously malfunction when it's the cops accused of wrongdoing).

The YouTube video after the jump shows a recent car crash in Costa Mesa caught by the dash cam of a civilian driving behind.
