Kathia Maria Davis Gets Split Decision in Case of Sexing Up Son's Teen Hockey Teammates

There was good news and bad news from the jury today for Kathia Maria Davis, the Laguna Hills hockey mom accused of sexing up two of her son's teen teammates.

The good news for her is the jury was unable to reach a verdict on charges she performed lewd acts on a 13-year-old boy and contributed to his and another boy's delinquency.

And now the bad news . . .

The 45-year-old divorcee was found guilty of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy and plying him and her teen daughter with alcohol.

Worse, Davis could get up to five years in state prison and have to register as a sex offender, which would bar her from joining her children and possible future grandchildren in Orange County parks and recreational areas that have established child safety zones banning pervs.

And the hits keep coming: the Orange County District Attorney's office (OCDA) announced its intention today to re-try Davis on the counts that deadlocked the jury. A new hearing is scheduled Nov. 15.

Wow whats the problem either she did it or she didn't.. She has got to be one of those Kusband from Kansas. Kusband is where you marry your cousin and they become your Kusband. I wonder what the jury looked like or if they where related to her or her attorney. Many years ago the attorneys who ran the legal system had a choice to make,  either use eyewitness testimony which is 65% accurate or use polygraph which is 95-98% accurate. Being the greedy self serving people that the snakes are they chose eyewitness testimony over polygraphs because there would be more trials for the sleeze ball attorneys.  I get a sneaky feeling that she would of failed  the polygraph.
