Brittany Dawn Killgore, Marine's Estranged Wife, Murdered by Sex-Slave Ring: Warrants
Perez claimed that after rendezvousing with Killgore, he dropped her off at a nightclub in downtown San Diego, parked his Explorer, went inside to find her but did not see her again. So he drove home.
But, according to the warrant, his cell phone would later show he was in Fallbrook when he claimed to be downtown. Killgore's phone, which investigators suspect Perez later dumped downtown, was found at the feet of a homeless man. It would go on to place her in Fallbrook when Perez claimed she was downtown.
Her phone also showed she had sent a friend a text that read "Help" shortly after Perez picked her up. The friend texted back, asking if Killgore was okay. A response came two hours later: "Yes I love this party." She had never before mentioned a party, and Killgore normally typed "yeah" instead of "yes," according to the friend.

The warrant claims police found "bondage type sex apparatuses, toys and tools" in the Fallbrook home. Nothing in the document indicates Killgore was aware of the sex-slave ring.
