A 24-year-old Garden Grove man won a 32 years to life in prison term today following his March convictions for forcing two different women to orally copulate him in November 2009 and for attempting evil deeds on a third ambushed woman two years earlier.
One of Rulin Hernandez Loaeza's victims said in court that she "will never be able to forget" how he offered her a ride home from a Garden Grove store, pulled out a weapon, drove to a secluded area and assaulted her, according to a press release from the Orange County District Attorney's office.
That Jane Doe also told the court that "prison isn't enough for a person like that with such dirty thoughts."
An on the ball Orange County Sheriff's Department deputy noticed suspicious activity in Loaeza's vehicle on Nov. 18, 2009, and rescued the last terrified victim.
Deputy District Attorney Katie David won the case in court.
