U.S. Supreme Court Refuses to Hear Alan Keyes and Wiley Drake's Obama Birther Lawsuit

The U.S. Supreme Court has officially declined to hear the Barack Obama "birther" lawsuit. This legal remedy was not sought by "Queen of the Birthers" Orly Taitz but the conservative shark hired by the Alan Keyes-Wiley Drake presidential tag team of 2008. (Actually, the Aliso Viejo lawyer/dentist/real estate saleslady had originally been a party in the suit, but she dropped out after a clash with the plaintiffs' San Diego attorney Gary Kreep).

Keyes, the conservative former diplomat, and Drake, a conservative commentator, homeless shelterer and pastor at First Southern Baptist Church of Buena Park, have tried to argue their constitutional rights were violated when Obama's name appeared on the same California ballot.

The then-members of the American Independent Party ticket claim Obama is not a natural-born citizen.

Before the Supremes took the pass announced Monday, the suit had already been knocked down by a federal appeals court and, before that, Santa Ana-based U.S. District Court Judge David O. Carter, who ruled the plaintiffs lack standing.

That may be it for the Kreepers, but Taitz, fresh off her failed U.S. Senate run, is still touring the country on the dime of her nutbar alliance, filing funny papers in the courts of the more backward states more likely to knock Barry of Kenya off their 2012 ballots.

Actually I (and if you knew what it was, you too probably) wouldn't call my background "general public". 'nuff said on that subject.

You believe that the PRC decided that universitys are easier targets under Obama than Bush because ...? Actually, security procedures have improved in the last 6 years, no dig against Bush, it is a continuing trend.

I heard he threatened McCain too, and John Boehner. He punched Eric Cantor in the face, Remember when he had that black eye? They said he ran into a door but we know better. It's like he is some super IndoKenyomuslim with the power to strike fear into the god fearing hearts of our hero politicians from the Heartland. My plan is to vote for him in the next election, that will give me another 4 years to gather more information about him. THEN we lower the boom!

I'm not surprised.  He threatened Bill and Hillary when they were running against him.  They had evidence that he wasn't a US citizen.  Why are people so afraid of him?
