Dana Rohrabacher Again Uses Twitter To Lie About His Terrorism Stances

Rohrabacher: I was adamantly for the war before I was adamantly against it and now I want to rewrite history, okay?
Leave it to Dana Rohrabacher--Orange County's senior career politician--to wreck an enjoyable Mother's Day with smelly political garbage.

Late on Sunday night, Rohrabacher used his notorious, often inadvertently hilarious Twitter account to once again spew a self-serving lie about himself.

This time, the Costa Mesa congressman declared that he was "a loud critic of many U.S. policies, especially the decision to go into Iraq to displace Saddam [Hussein]."

Dana, you might be the most brazen, habitual liar in California politics today.

But you can't rewrite history, big boy.

You didn't just back the decision of President George W. Bush to misdirect the U.S. military to Iraq after the 9-11 terrorist attacks, you energetically defended it over and over and over again.

My proof?

Here are a sampling of Rohrabacher's public declarations as memorialized by the Congressional Record in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005:

December 19, 2001: "We should liberate Iraq in the same way that we have liberated Afghanistan, now that we have the chance and the opportunity to do so."

September 11, 2002: "The President has wisely suggested that now is the time for us to eliminate the threat that hangs over us [in Iraq] . . . He has committed us to eliminating the dictatorial, fascistic regime of Saddam Hussein. We should not be weary of this . . . The people of Iraq will be waving American flags and dancing in the streets because we will help them build a democratic society."

October 15, 2003: "Many people are talking about and challenging whether or not our military should have been in Iraq in the first place. Let me note that taking care of Saddam Hussein was necessary for America's security and we should applaud our president for making the tough decisions . . . So, I am supporting what we have done."

Rohrabacher's latest Twitter lie: I was a loud critic especially of the decision to invade Iraq. Tsk, tsk, tsk.
May 5, 2004: "President Bush has a long-term strategy. This is why we are in Iraq, for example . . . That is the better world President Bush is trying to build. But it must start in Iraq. And if we lose in Iraq, the evil forces . . . will then dominate this planet. And I am here today to applaud the president."

July 20, 2005: "I think it is important for the American people to hold their heads up high, not only about the goals of the war on terror but the way we have conducted it."

That's my quandary, I have tried to be open-minded and find alternates to democrats to vote for but it's the difference, to me, of voting for a misguded tool or a lying delusional misguided fool. Not that democrats can't be lyers and and or delusional, it just appears, again to me, that republicans are more so.

They all are. Look at Brown. He's lying through his teeth. They already have the budget set to increase next year and he's lying by saying he's going to reduce the budget. They all lie. That's the problem. And those on the left will ALWAYS vote to extract all the welfare and taxpayer money they possibly can until it completely crashes and then most will scurry away to other places to leech like the AINO anchors they are while a few sit in their own poo and squalor and try to victimize any good citizens left standing. On the right they will ALWAYS vote to maximize their own wealth no matter what. And they'll both ALWAYS lie about it while they do it and afterwards too.
