Santa Ana Cops Launching War on Bicyclists by Targeting Mexicans First

They are targeting the Mexicans because they want to check to see if the bikes they're riding are stolen. The majority of bike thefts in Orange County are committed by spicy Latin folk 

Wow!.... Ignorance or a repressed writer? Mr. Arellano...  the Downtown Merchants have complained for years about the cycling in the downtown area for safety reasons. It does not go any further than that. Try and have a great day Sir.

If this were Compton, it would be a war on African Americans. Garden Grove or Westminster, it would be a war on the Vietnamese! So what's your point? As an early morning walker, I get tired of these people riding on the sidewalks (where there are bike lanes) w/no lights, no warning they're coming up behind me and zooming by. The next project should be cut off times for the loud banda music i.e. 10:00 p.m. and no loud music EVER before 12:00 noon on the weekends.

Hey Gustavo: Can you or anyone else tell me if you've heard or seen any reports regarding whether the fire stations unions or the police unions or officers have used bicycle licensing or registration against the persons that actually own the bicycles. I've been hearing that this is going around in some cities.

 I just found our my neighbors are thieves, it's been suspected because they're messing with cars and car parts, he's building one or two in a garage and he lives in Irvine with his asian girlfriend. One of the other neighbors is either an aquaintence of his or his friend and I've been seeing new faces around there. There was a black kid in my driveway yesterday that had an IPhone or some other sort of device and I saw him put it in his pocket and he was hanging around the fence in the grassy area. He kept looking at me funny as if he was up to something.

How many time have we told you that we don't speak Spanish here, this is the United States Of America not Mexico. We fought a war with you over this issue and won and beat you in those battles. So why do you have resentment when you lost the war.

Question: Why is there always a rebuttal to something that I have said in my own mind after I have said it and I know it to be true in my own mind.Very frustrating indeed. Not that I mean to offend anyone but you know when and where you were offended, don't you? By the way "NEVER CONTACT THE COPS/POLICE UNLESS YOU HAVE A REAL DIRE EMERGENCY, LET THEM CONTACT YOU BECAUSE THEY INVESTIGATE YOU NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND". IS THIS SOUND ADVICE? I BELIEVE SO. 

You can argue this all you want, but here's one thing that's true about Santa Ana.  They are the most bike unfriendly city in OC.  NEXT to NO bike lanes on their streets, in a city where a large portion of their population depend on bicycles to get around.  Is that racist?  I can't draw that conclusion, but it certainly is unfriendly to their citizens.
