Three teenage boys and one man were arrested early Wednesday morning on suspicion of burglarizing Patients Healing Group, a medical marijuana shop at 705 West 17th St., authorities said.

Police responded at around 2:15 a.m. after the shop's owner saw the suspects on a live video stream allegedly trying to break in.

An Orange County Sheriff's helicopter helped in the arrests, as one suspect ran from the building.

"We contract our air support with Orange County Sheriff's -- they were two miles away," said police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna.

Gustavo Alexander Penaloza, an 18-year-old Anaheim resident, was booked on suspicion of burglary at Santa Ana City jail. The teenagers were all 17 years old. Two were taken to Juvenile Hall, while the other was released to his parents.

I know it's nitpicking, but an eighteen year old may be a man, but he is also a teenager.

People rob pharmacy's and sell pills illegally on the streets, should we make prescription drugs illegal and shut down all pharmacy's?

And people don't rob liquor stores all the time? Or banks? Should we outlaw alcohol (again)...or even money?

You probably won't like this, BetaRay, but I can agree with you there, in principle.

But I doubt the parents have the resources.
