According to a report at RadarOnline.com, the divorce settlement was finalized by a judge on Oct. 12, and states that neither party shall pay child support to each other.
"The parties shall each be responsible for the needs of the minor children during their respective period of physical custody," according to the settlement.
Tamra made Simon suffer for 11 years. They have three children, ranging in ages from 5 to 11 years old.
Apparently, he gets to keep his 2002 Harley Davidson, some bank accounts and a 1987 Ferrari. Tamra gets all post-separation income and rights to her crappy website.
Them Barneys were also ordered to not make derogatory remarks "about the other party in the presence of any child of the marriage or to the public."
Tamra, 43, just got engaged to 38-year-old Eddie Judge.
