"Orange County Bum Chronicles Documentary" in Downtown Santa Ana

A thoughtful citizen took the time to "document" the homeless in downtown Santa Ana last year. The three-minute "short" probably won't make the Sundance Film Festival, and it has only 15 views on YouTube (three of which are mine). Gentle readers, is the homeless problem getting better or worse in Santa Ana? Take a Dramamine, watch the documentary, and let us know!
