Activists from San Clemente Green, SanOnofreSafety.org, Citizens' Oversight Projects and Residents Organizing for a Safe Environment are organizing the commemorations scheduled for March 10-11. Naturally, the point of each will be to remind locals what happened in Japan could happen just south of the Orange County border.
