Wrong. Digital copies are not admissible - period. It is ridiculous to state that you can certify a digital copy when it can be immediately altered and you will never know whether you are looking at the original or an altered copy. This is why all courts require certified paper copies as exhibits or they are not admissible. I manage a law office and we deal with every day. if it was just one small error ,I'd say it's just poor sports and they need to get over it! but as more time passes, we see so many small things that you've got to atleast say " Maybe, somethings wrong??" ( I can't get a drivers license without a new state copy of my birth certificate, they wouldn't take my original from the hospital.) but then you have experts testify that copies are photoshoped, different names used at different times, different social security numbers, the college tuition paperwork, ??????? First and foremost; I respect the office of the POTUS. I do believe in transparency with this office and I also believe that BHO has not been forthcoming with his information. I want to know who is running our country, that is not too much to ask! Secondly, why do most people refer to him as a "black man"? His mother was white, father black. so what? Additionally, on his first full day in office one of his first two executive orders was EO 13489, which sealed all of BHO's personal records including, kindergarden, elementary, adoption records by Lolo Soetoro (does BHO still have citizenship with Indonesia?) What about his passport when he traveled to Pakistan? Also, his father, who was a British subject at the time of BHO' birth, would make Obama a British subject and at best Obama would have dual citizenship with Britain having primary power since the father nationality is recognized, not the mother's. if Judge Malihi issues a default Judgment that means that he has not ruled on any of your complaints. It means that he has not ruled that Obama is not eligible to be President. It means that he has not attempted to define Natural Born Citizenship. It means that he has not taken Minor v Happersett into consideration and it also means that it is easier for a reviewing Court to reverse any decision to keep Obama off of the Ballot.

Sarah Palin, Todd Palin and her entire staff ignored subpoenas in September 2008. Their punishment? NOTHING. They were supposed to be deposed and she refused to do so or allow her staff to be deposed. I didn't hear anyone screaming about her back then. The majority of the documents that Orly is petitioning have nothing to do with the Presidency, as in his college transcripts. She has no standing to demand to see them or anything else. She has to prove his birth certificate is false and that simply cannot be done because it's real. Barack Obama was born in Hawaii in August, 1961, deal with it!
