Joe Alvarado Molested 10-Year-Old Stepdaughter But Claims He Has Boundaries

In the appeal of his convictions, Joe Alvarado of Fullerton didn't contest that he'd raped, sodomized and used his 10-year-old stepdaughter as his sexual servant for nearly two years.

But Alvarado wants everyone to know he would never use pornography to muddy a little girl's mind.

In 2010, an Orange County jury accept a prosecutor's argument otherwise and convicted him on numerous sex crimes, including supplying porno to a minor.

Superior Court Judge Gregg L. Prickett then announced a prison sentence of 388 months plus a substantial bonus. When he's done serving those 32 years, he'll have to serve another 60 years.

Translation: He will be 132 years old when he gets his first chance to return to society.

This week, a California Court of Appeal based in Santa Ana considered Alvarado's complaint about the pornography conviction: the porn was for him, not the girl.

The appellate justice weren't convinced.

"Clearly, Alvarado forced himself on [the girl] and watched pornography while having sexual intercourse with her to gratify his own sexual desires," Justice Richard Fybel wrote in a 7-page opinion. "Was Alvarado's intent also to entice her? . . . We conclude that from the evidence, a reasonable jury could draw the inference Alvarado showed the pornography to the victim with the intent to seduce her."

Alvarado didn't protest any other count.

Case closed.

No one has mentioned the poor baby who was the innocent victim of this horrible crime. I hope she gets a lot of professional counseling and love and support from her family. Maybe she won't be permanently scared for life. God bless her. Since we are so 'soft' on violent crimes and let prisioners out years earlier for good behavior, I hope the courts make him serve ALL of his sentence. That way he'll die behind bars. Really, the only way to be assured he'd never do it again would be the death penalty. I live in Mexico and here, if a child molester is put in prison, the other inmates take it personally (it could have been their daughter) and do to him what he did to her. He'll be tortured and made to pay for his crime. I can't support this mindset but I can understand it. He'll get what he deserves.

with some luck, the inmates at his prison will give him an attitude adjustment, and may they do it often and thoroughly.

Moxley, the amateur lawyer wannabe, too quick on the draw in criminal cases, as usual.

Bad cases make for a bad law.

While you may feel that throwing anything and everything at a molester is cool,

this ruling could have wider and unwelcome repercussions.

The court has ruled that "watching porn by yourself" is equivalent to "supplying porn to others" (someone/anyone who happens to be in the room).

Think about potential implications for civil liberties before happily gloating over this ruling.

Yes, Ergo, once again, you prove your angry fascination with Moxley. To ridiculously ridicule him, you pretend he made the court of appeal ruling you don't like. Then, switching gears in another bizarre move, you suggest he is "the amateur lawyer wannabe." Well, which is it: appellate justice or wannabe lawyer? While you smoke some more weed in contemplation, I'll bet he's happy being a journalist that gets under your nerves.

How predictable: The Troll-in-Chief and another sock-puppet promptly show up to babysit Moxley.Someone who regularly posts artivcles blasting others ought to be able to defend himself without crying for nanny support.

Of course it's relevant. You whine about Moxley—Moxley! The man who's destroyed so many evil people! And rescued the good!—not being transparent, yet can't post under your own name. Pendejo. Oh, and Scott posts under his real name and only his real name, unlike your cowardly ass. Now, stick to "ergo" forevermore, or I'll boot your ass outta here faster than we did to Mike Duvall.

Totally dumb argument, as expected from a PHB. My name is irrelevant here (as long as I don't mislead by it).Direct your preaching about transparency to your writer, who was directly addressed here but is cowardly and dishonestly posting replies under a sock-puppet name.

P.S: A bone for xmas: As lame as you are you usually post under your name.

...says the troll who has posted under various names. Grow a set, and come out of your closet!

Ergo

This sock-puppet trolling will be, of course, ignored. If Moxley has the moxie to post under his name we'll talk.Otherwise, the preceding paranoid conspiracy theory posted on behalf of the chicken-little writer will be left to stand on its own.

Ergo, go wipe yourself off and then have your twice-a-week psychiatrist note: your jealousy of R. Scott Moxley has found a new low and it's quite funny.

You claim Moxley has jeopardize your masturbation sessions and, dear God!, "civil liberties" by recounting the story of a sick child molester!

No wonder you cowardly hide behind a word!

Please continue to hide in anonymity and bark/growl as loud as you can. I'm sure Moxley is terrified.
