OC Pioneers Who Were Klan Members: Forrest Hurst and Ben Blanchard, Brea Councilmembers

My apologies for missing the entry in this series last week, but I needed to do another post for that day--and why do two posts in one day unless it's timely? This Klan plan, on the other hand, is timeless--and besides, whenever I do miss a week, I come back with a two-fer, which leads us to the cases of Forrest Hurst and Ben Blanchard.

Both of them were councilmembers in the Klan-happy city of Brea (really, who WASN'T Klan in that town during the 1920s and 1930s?). City council records show that Blanchard only served a couple of years on the council--from around 1921 until maybe 1924. Hurst, on the other hand, served for longer than that.

How long I'm not sure, as those records are incomplete. But I do know that Hurst Place is named after him, so Hurst must've been a man of some importance, no?

Tune in every Monday around 5 p.m. for the latest entry exposing Orange County city fathers who were Klan members!

And what exactly does this have to do with the price of illegal alien cholitas in China?

Now, I can understand why those boys from O.C. beat a boy in my country. He was too offensive with his friend long time ago in some Holloween day. Sorry, I cann't see the true until now and maybe I know what you can do for a friend.

Not your finest work, you should have skipped this week too!

The entire series is mind numbingly boring.

First, I don't need to hide behind a nickname to say something. If you don't believe It´s your problem, because you have a nasty life. Those boys are one Hispanic and a color man, I don't remember their names. Maybe I am the last person who dreams in USA and this is because I am going to find too much Nazi men like you. I think USA is only a place to make money and that's it. You don't have any good else in your life. And you never going to know what a good person do for a friend and that’s why you don’t have a really friend because you are the most blind and silly person. I know that you are going to reply to me and say a lot of thinks but believe me I don't mind what a person like you think because you are an insignificant person.
