Christopher Sergio Hernandez Held for Alleged Lewd Acts with Once Missing 14-Year-Old Girl

A 24-year-old Anaheim man has been arrested on suspicion of lewd acts with a 14-year-old girl who had been missing from her home for two weeks.

Christopher Sergio Hernandez was being held in the Anaheim jail in lieu of $100,000 bail, according to Sgt. Rick Martinez, the city police department's spokesman.

The girl, who was last seen Oct. 30, returned home Wednesday evening saying nothing had happened. Online chats had revealed she left home to meet up with a high school boy, but they never hooked up.

Instead, the girl wound up with Hernandez and was free to leave any time, according to Martinez, who added that she later revealed to police investigators the man had sexual contact with her.

Hernandez was arrested on suspicion of various charges related to lewd acts with a minor, Martinez said.

I had to look at that photo again, those were not high heels, they were typical flats, the model had her left heel raised, which to some people may have appeared to be a high heel, IF your mind was in that vicinity.

The reason why there is an age of consent is because a 14 year old girl may think that she knows what shes doing but is emotionally devoid of rationalizing the full ramifications of her actions. They are by nature insecure and its that awkward time is a teenagers life where, even in the most normal of circumstances, they seek out the attention and the validity of their maturity, usually from their peers but often times from older member of the opposite sex. Throw in any other issues (Daddy issues, abandonment... etc) only exacerbates the situation. Pervs know this and they know how to manipulate it. And it appears as though she played right into this pervs hands. I dont think anyone should feel like a fool, She did make terrible choices but she is very lucky that dude didnt do anything else.
What this fool did was wrong, but he had a more than willing accomplice. You can believe she will be giving birth next August, with us taxpayers picking up the tab of not only the hospital bill but the upbringing of her kid.

I know she's a child but I don't think she was brain washed I know what he did was wrong and I'm totally against it but if she was free to leave at anytime. Why couldnt she just leave she played everyone's for fools cause I'm pretty sure she watched tv and saw they were looking for her or heard around she was being looked for and she decided to stay. Okayy so to this report no one made the girl leave with this guy she didn't do it against her will right cuz it says she could of left at anytime.
